緩沖裝置
在(zai)液(ye)壓系統中使用液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)驅(qu)動(dong)具(ju)有一(yi)定(ding)質量的機(ji)構,當液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)運動(dong)至行程(cheng)終點時具(ju)有較大動(dong)能,如(ru)未作減速(su)處理(li),液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)活塞與(yu)缸(gang)(gang)蓋(gai)將發生機(ji)械碰撞,產生沖(chong)擊、噪聲,有破壞性。為緩和及防止(zhi)這(zhe)種危(wei)害發生,因此可在(zai)液(ye)壓回路中設(she)置(zhi)減速(su)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)或在(zai)缸(gang)(gang)體內設(she)緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
加工
缸筒(tong)作為液(ye)壓缸、礦用單體支(zhi)柱、液(ye)壓支(zhi)架(jia)、炮管等(deng)產(chan)品的(de)主要部件,其(qi)(qi)加工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量的(de)好(hao)壞直接影響整(zheng)個(ge)產(chan)品的(de)壽命和可靠性。缸筒(tong)加工(gong)(gong)要求高,其(qi)(qi)內(nei)表面粗糙度(du)要求為Ra0.4~0.8&um,對同(tong)軸度(du)、耐(nai)磨(mo)性要求嚴格(ge)。缸筒(tong)的(de)基本特征(zheng)是深孔加工(gong)(gong),其(qi)(qi)加工(gong)(gong)一(yi)直困擾加工(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)。
、液壓缸低速爬行的現象
液(ye)壓(ya)缸的(de)活塞桿在油壓(ya)的(de)作用下伸(shen)出(chu)或縮(suo)回時,經常出(chu)現(xian)速度(du)不均勻(yun)現(xian)象,并(bing)有(you)(you)時伴有(you)(you)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)和異響,從而引(yin)起(qi)整(zheng)個液(ye)壓(ya)系統的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong),并(bing)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)主(zhu)機其它部件(jian)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong),在主(zhu)機調試過程中經常出(chu)現(xian),有(you)(you)時速度(du)快了,這種(zhong)現(xian)象會減輕(qing)。除(chu)因液(ye)壓(ya)系統管路引(yin)起(qi)這種(zhong)現(xian)象以外,液(ye)壓(ya)缸自身產(chan)生的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)也經常引(yin)發此類現(xian)象。
原因分析
液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)有桿腔(qiang)(qiang)和(he)無桿腔(qiang)(qiang)存有氣(qi)體(ti)而(er)產生(sheng)的(de)低速(su)爬行(xing),由(you)于氣(qi)體(ti)混(hun)在液(ye)壓(ya)油中(zhong),在壓(ya)力的(de)作用下(xia),容器內體(ti)積變化,在高壓(ya)作用下(xia)甚至發生(sheng)氣(qi)體(ti)瞬間,從(cong)而(er)引起(qi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的(de)速(su)度不穩定。
